These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the f11 platform and its users. By using the f11.run website or mobile app, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

F11 is an online gaming and betting platform operating under an international license, serving users across many countries, including Bangladesh. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that online betting or gaming is legally permitted in their country under applicable local laws and regulations.

To open an account and use f11's services, the following conditions must be met:

Deposited funds are refundable — however, if a withdrawal is made after a bonus has been activated but before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus may be forfeited. f11 does not charge any payment fees, though the payment provider may apply their own.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Transfers to third-party numbers or accounts belonging to another person are not permitted. f11 reserves the right to temporarily hold suspicious payment requests for verification.

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount (typically 5x to 30x). This information is clearly stated on each bonus page.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set usage period — typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire once the validity period ends.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are valid only for specific games or game categories. Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering requirements.
• One bonus at a time: Generally, multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. You must complete or cancel an existing bonus before claiming a new one.

• Exploiting vulnerabilities in f11's systems or algorithms, including so-called arbitrage betting.
• Attempting to access another user's account or launching a cyber attack on f11's servers.

F11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested KYC verification information within the specified timeframe.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Involvement in any prohibited activity.
• When the user requests self-exclusion.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

If your account is suspended, contact f11 Support to find out the reason and submit a request to restore your account by providing the required information.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, any remaining balance will be refunded — excluding bonus balances. If closure is due to a terms violation, f11 reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

For significant changes, users will be notified by email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.

In the event of any ambiguity in the interpretation of these terms, f11's interpretation shall be considered final — except where required by law, in which case the decision of the licensing authority takes precedence.
